Exactly what I have with 1 change.

I Swapped the 50% snare reduction for the 15% reduced damage for 5 seconds after a block tactic. With shield mastery you should have 35% chance to block, and since block affects all attacks you should have a near permanent up time. I swapped the snare one because you can still dodge/block/parry while snare, but you can't while knocked down.
