Fellow Runies,
You might think your annihilator, Sentinal, or Lost Vale robe is the shit, but let me tell you about the BEST RVR robe in the game.... Badmoon Vestments. It's available as the 2nd T4 RVR reward in Kadrins.
So here's the deal. These robes have a buggy damage proc that procs way, way more than the 2% rate it says on the item. Since donning these, I consistently do 20,000-40,000 damage in a scenario, and that's just by being hit! My theory is the item checks for the proc on every tic of a dot, or on any negative effect being applied. When it procs, it puts a dot on your attacker doing 131 a tick. I don't know if it can stack dots or not. Some of my damage totals make me suspect it can stack dots.
I haven't formally tested this, but I've done alot of scenario runs the past few weeks and I'm always on top of damage for the healing classes, and I'm not even trying to do damage. I'm not even specced for damage.
FYI
