I work a part time job, play lots of games and am pretty relaxed as far as life goes. In a few sentences, tell us about yourself as a gamer. For example, what is your gaming history? I've been gaming pretty much since Starcraft came out, so when i was 8. I was in a couple of good clans on there and was with it for a long time. After that i started playing WoW with some friends and eventually got in some raiding guilds. I played Sion just after the release but it wasn't really my style. i'm currently starting out/moving up on LoL. What are you looking for in the Tribe community? Reliable player, no more bad random pubs :(. What will you bring to the Tribe community? Competent gaming, a willingness to listen and change and adapt To give us an idea of your sense of humor, tell us a joke! A man walks into a bar and orders a drink. There is a jar full of money sitting on the bar and he asks the bartender, "What's with the jar?" The bartender says, "Oh, that's my challenge jar, if you can complete my 3 challenges i'll give you all the money in it. The man asks, "so what are these challenges?" The bartender tells him "well the first you have to knock out the bouncer." He point to a tall 7 foot tall guy in the corner that looks like a linebacker. The man sweats a bit, "That seems like a lot to ask, well, what's the second challenge?" Bartender says, "There's a rabid dog out behind the bar that has a sore tooth, and you've got to pull it out." The man replies, "Wow, ok what's the third challenge?" The bartender says, "Well there's a hooker upstairs and you have to **** her." "Well, that doesnt sound too bad, but i can't do the other two so forget it." Time passes and the man keeps downing drinks excessively fast. Finally he stands up, stinking drunk and goes, "Alright! I'm going for it!" He picks up the stool next to him, dashes to the bouncer and whacks him across the face, bouncer falls over. "Yes! One down!" He rushes to the back and you hear sounds of yelping and the sound of fighting. The man runs back in and says, "Yes! Two down now wheres the woman with the sore tooth!" Tell us about any characters you have, or plan to have, in those games. Currently level 11 character named Rislyeu. Maining Ashe, Trist, and Annie Tribe has a variety of players with a variety of interests. What are your interests in these games? Raiding? Scenarios / Battlegrounds? PvP? PvE? etc... Premades and season one are what i'm looking from having competent people to play with You are out grinding mobs when a really nice piece of gear for a different class drops, do you: Give it to a guildy On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being very casual, and 10 being very hardcore what is your ATTITUDE? 8 How active of a gamer do you consider yourself to be? How many hours per week do you estimate you play? I work anywhere from 22-35 hours a week, so it may change a bit week to week, but i tend to be on a lot

Well, I suppose to add a bit more. I was once in college but i only lasted a semester then i left college and just started taking any job i could get. For awhile I lived at home but now i've moved into an apartment with a couple of friends. I also have interest in Magic: the Gathering and i like animals as well, although at the moment i don't own any. As far as the gaming side of me goes i really enjoy RPGs a ton and have been playing them my whole life. As far as competitive games go i generally stick to RTS's and MMOs. Not too sure what else to add other than i'm a pretty introverted guy so sometimes i'm pretty shy upfront, as you could maybe tell from my first post. Ask me some questions or whatever else you need to know i'll jump on the forum as best I can. =D

1. Where did you hear about us? If it was the forums, why us over everyone else?

1. It was the LoL forums, i read through most of the posts and it seemed like you had a well established reputation as well as the foundation to keep running pretty much no matter what issues may come up. I feel like a long term and well established team is always the best approach.

2. I try to, honestly if i can get input and feedback from wherever you will give it i will check that source, whether it be mostly on the forums here, or on the LoL forums themselves, or even on vent, I will check the source that seems like the best medium.

3. If i can i can, I would like to at least join a team, if i have to lead one i can, i do have some if limited raid leader experience from WoW and i know at least how to push people in the right direction. As far as my leading experience is concerned i'm a bit rusty on it as i haven't been a raid leader since BC.

4. I work retail at Office Depot. As far as i can tell from what they tell me i am a reliable team member and don't have to ask a lot of questions in my area of expertise, which is technology. Mostly what i do there is sell people computers, monitors, printers and other technology items. I also handle a portion of the software repairs that come in the store and inform the customer of what their best options would be. Realistically it is more of a temp job then anything else as i try to move into something a little more permanent.

I realize this is about an hour after you posted, i was in the middle of a game =P

Heh, take your time. I don't expect you to jump on as soon as I post up a reply. And of course, don't expect me to post up a reply as soon as you post one. ;) So if my computer asplodes, can I come running to you for help? ^^
1. Who's your favorite hero in LoL?
2. How do you react to ragers and QQ'ers?
3. If someone is feeding on your team, what do you do?
4. Can you take harsh criticism (not the WTFYOUNOOB kinds. I mean the ones where it is rightfully needed)?
5. What kind of job do you have in mind that you want to be your permanent job?
6. If you could go anywhere in the world for vacation, where would you go, who would you take with you, and why?

1) I would have to say for both the character and the gameplay style Tristana, because who doesn't like what is essentially a gnome with a giant bazooka?

2) Pretty much just ignore them, if they're on the other team i sometimes try to use it against them and bait them into stupid plays, but honestly i just kinda shrug it off.

3) That's a really tough question. At worst case if they don't listen to such things as, get back, don't go in there, stop being greedy, etc. Then i'll take it to my advantage and use them to set up ganks if possible. Set up a lane switch if they're having a hard time with their lane partner or opposition. However, most of these things generally don't work only because most feeders don't have a willingness to listen.

4) Yea, as long as it is someone i know, and someone who has also proven to be a better player. If a random in a pug decides to criticize me with less than stellar skills, then i'm just going to ignore it and keep on doing what i do

5) Honestly, I don't know yet. Pretty much why i'm still stuck in retail. Plus the job market gets slimmer and slimmer as this whole economy thing works itself out. Although my dream job would probably be just making money gaming. Isn't that everyone's tho? =D

6) I suppose a rather odd dream I have had for my entire life would be to walk around the world. Pretty much no transportation except to cross the various oceans and whatnot. I don't know if that counts as a vacation, but i would go alone and keep as little with me as i could. I think the thrill of just travelling to new places and seeing how different everything is from place to place would be.......perfect.

Make money gaming? X.X If I ever get around to getting a girl, she'd prolly rage at me all day if I did something like that... Actually, that might be the reason why I can't get one, but I digress. ^^ Walking around the world, indeed that would be interesting. Actually, I had a dream like that too, just not around the world, but more of crossing rivers, mountains, and etc. It was pretty interesting that I skipped most cities and stayed only in nature. Primal call much?
1. How do you build Tristana?
2. Tristana is an OK hero, but not the best. First off, she lacks CC. Ashe has a stun, Teemo has a Blind, but Trist only has a Knock Back, which isn't as useful as a stun, and has a longer CD than Blind. Her passive is pretty useless, since it deals almost no damage as a DoT. Her rocket jump also deals pretty small damage. To top it all off, she has a very bad escape mechanism. After her one jump, she's useless. And she is of course, very squishy. How do you respond to this?
3. I've been wondering for a bit, what is that on your avatar? It's not a cat I think, but it doesn't look like a tiger. Can you tell me what it is?
4. So would you like to have a rocket in your pocket? ;)

1) Trist I build very similarly to Ashe, pretty much pure attack damage for marks, seals and quint and then cool down for my glyphs. are you also talking abilities? if to then e,w,w,e,w,r,q,q,q,q,r,q,w,w,e,r,e,e. The aoe early helps farm and the rocket jump is great for escaping.

2) Well for starters, i think her passive is by far the most appealing thing about her. She can out range the most ranged of heros and for that she is amazing for ganks. The same goes for the rocket jump, for not only is it her escape mechanism, but the way she gets into battle. If you jump onto a foe, slow them, and pop rapid fire, they'll be dead and jump will be active again, allowing you to jump another foe and hit those expecting to escape or even get a last hit in on you. Afraid your opponent might be rocking heal? hit em with an active explosive shot and watch them cry at all their half heals. I'll admit as more of a support player she lacks in those roles but if you are looking for pure and solid dps, i believe you look no further.

3) It's actually a baby snow leopard. I found it as i was looking for portraits to put on my druids D&D character sheet. Because it was such a small size and easy access for me atm, i figured why not?

4) I would LOVE to have a rocket in my pocket. >=D
